Plumbing

 Plumbing is a very important part of your project. Plumbing is one of those things you could do that wrong if you don't pay attention. Plumbing not only feeds the Building with fresh water. Plumbing must feed the water heater, the sinks, tubs, showers, laundry, dish washer, ice maker ... etc. So think ahead. You must plan for an island in the kitchen or additional hose bibs. Then you must plan for your waste water plumbing. Every thing that comes in with plumbing must also go out with plumbing.

Check your book and pay close attention to the specified sizes of plumbing needed for each fixture. Your inspector will. Ensure proper venting as this allows toilets to flush well etc. You must also install clean-outs. Once again, pay close attention to your plumbing codes.
