Lighting

Lighting in a home and lighting of the home, can be a great source of ambiance. You will also need to ensure there is enough lighting in all living areas and work areas of the project.

I don't particularly like overhead lighting. It's useful to light up an area and you should plan for it. I tend to ensure there is alternative lighting for mood. Low voltage lighting is an excellent choice for indirect lighting. It is cost effective and can be used in many ways. I use deck lighting for stairwells and mood lighting. You just need to have somewhere you hide the transformer and switched plugs to run them.
