 Here's the place to dream about what you would want in your new space or that remodeled room. Usually cool ideas cost money. Once again, if your building it yourself it's usually just the cost of the cool materials. Believe me, when someone walks into your stairwell and catches sight of the 5' wide and 12' tall slate waterfall built onto the wall, they don't see the imperfections that you see, they are awestruck by the mere existence of it. Total cost, about $500.00 and about 60 hours labor. Have it done by a specialty contractor, about ... $10,000.00. Biggest cost was the $200.00 pump with a 12' lift.   If you ask, I’ll tell you how to build it.

How bout’ a Rock Grotto Shower. Material cost about $450.00. A lot of work! But, in the end …. Priceless! Once again ... just Ask Beej.

Stairs to a loft don't have to be a straight run of steps. Winders are always cool. More on stairs.
